Industry Partners
Cliff and Evans Ltd. was founded by Jonathan Cliff and David Evans to establish a leading construction management company in the GTA. Their portfolio includes over a 100 residential and commercial properties throughout Southern and Northern Ontario.
Gillian Ritchie, founder of the Red Square Team, and her team have decades of experience in corporate sales, hands-on experience building, selling, renovating, and decorating homes, and accreditations in both Interior Design and Staging.
Alex Porritt brings over 20 years of real estate experience having founded, built and sold 42 Degrees North Resort, a 1200 acre development by Concord Club private ski club in Ellicottville, and Blueberry Lake, near Mont Tremblant, a120 acre development, as well as multiplexes in the GTA.

Knox Developments partnered with Canyon Hill Developments to acquire and develop a 15-acre property in Truro, Nova Scotia into a 287-unit multi-family development consisting of apartments, row townhomes, and stacked townhomes.
